I DID IT!

If anyone ever told you life was easy, they were lying. Life is full of distractions. This can cause us to be less motivated and then we begin to get lazy. People also suffer from mental challenges, such as depression which again makes people less motivated. We sit on couches and say “I will do more tomorrow”; and tomorrow becomes the next day and the next day becomes next week. I was diagnosed with depression many years ago and have struggled with it almost every day. I take medicine and sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn’t. Hitting My Move Goal 365 Times

I’ve had my Apple Watch for well over a year now, and it’s probably one of the best purchases I’ve made. I had a Fitbit flex before my Apple Watch. While it was nice, the fitness tracker in the Watch has helped me push myself. The fitness tracker has three rings and once you meet your goals you close your rings. I also like competing against my friend Roy who of course comes in second most of the times. I’ve worked really hard to achieve some goals with the Apple Watch and one of them is hitting three daily goals Burning 1,070 active calories each day Exercising 30 minutes each day Standing for at least 1 minutes for 12 hours every day.
